Before you start
Is it really cash, every month?
Yes. You get 30% of every payment each person you bring makes in their first 12 months: monthly and yearly plans, and video credit packs. From Gold it's 35%. Each payment is held 30 days in case it's refunded. Then, in the first days of each month, everything past its hold is sent by PayPal once it comes to €50 or more; smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
Is this a pyramid scheme?
No. Every euro comes from people who pay for ViralBrand themselves. Applying is free and there's nothing to buy. If a creator you bring becomes an ambassador, you get 10% of what they earn from the people they bring, from us, on top of their share, and nothing from the ambassadors they bring in turn.
Why is it by application?
So everyone your link brings gets a recommendation from someone we picked, and every ambassador is someone a person has read about. It's free to apply, and if it's not this time, you can apply again after 30 days.
What if a creator I bring becomes an ambassador?
You get 10% of everything they earn from the people they bring, for their first 12 months in the program, on top of what your own link earns. It's paid by us: they keep their whole share. It counts when they signed up through your link, and never for a second account of your own.
Do I need followers?
No. Followers help, and we pick people who post, but you can just as well bring businesses you know, in person: say so when you apply. Your page has the words to say, and the free tool does the showing. You don't have to show your face either: a screen recording or a story with your link works.
Can I keep my other brand deals?
Yes. It isn't exclusive: promote whatever else you like. Just mark your posts about ViralBrand as an ad, like any paid post.
Who gets picked?
People who post (clips, videos, stories, a newsletter) and people who know businesses in person: students, people with a job, freelancers, creators. A person reads every application and looks at where you post and who you'd bring, not only how many follow you. You need to be 18 or older and able to be paid by PayPal. It's free: you need an account, not a plan.
How does a sign-up count as mine?
Your code travels in the address of each page they open from your link, all the way to the sign-up form. If they come back another day without your link, they type your code when they sign up. A sign-up with neither isn't counted.
What do the people I bring get?
What they came for: viral clips with their own code, an AI influencer for their business, or AI influencers for their clients, month to month with no contract. Every page your link opens says “Recommended by” and your name, and a business can see what it would post for them, free, before paying anything.
What if they cancel, or get a refund?
If they cancel, you keep what their payments earned. A refunded payment earns nothing, and your share of it is taken back if it hasn't been paid yet.
Do I need a company?
Not to join. What you earn is income, so declare it where you live. Many countries, Slovakia and the Czech Republic among them, let a small, occasional side income up to a yearly amount go untaxed, while a regular one may mean registering as self-employed. Ask an accountant if you're unsure. We may ask for an invoice before paying.
Can I sign up through my own link?
No. Signing yourself up, or a business you own or run, earns nothing.
I'm already a customer. What changes?
Every workspace's link earns a free month for each business that pays. Picked as an ambassador, it earns cash instead, for the businesses that haven't earned you a month yet.

Who can join
Anyone 18 or older who can receive PayPal payments, once a person approves their application. One ambassador account per person.
One reward or the other
Ambassador payouts replace the free months a referral link otherwise earns. A business that already earned you a free month doesn't also earn cash.
Creators you bring
When someone who signed up through your link is picked for the program, you get 10% of everything they earn from the people they bring, for their first 12 months in it, held and paid like the rest. One level only. Not for an account of your own, or one paid to the same PayPal account.
Say you earn from it
In a post, say it's an ad up front, with “Ad” (in a Czech or Slovak post, “Reklama”) or the platform's paid-partnership label (“ambassador” or “spolupráce” on its own isn't enough). In person or in a message, tell them you get a share if they sign up. Don't promise results ViralBrand can't back up, and don't post fake reviews.
How you reach people
In person, by phone, and in messages you write yourself, to one person or business at a time; and in your own posts, newsletters and groups that allow it. Not: bulk or automated messages, bought or scraped contact lists, writing again to anyone who said no, comments under other people's posts, search ads on our name, or coupon and cashback sites. Follow the rules on marketing messages where you and they are.
Refunds and fraud
Each commission is held 30 days. A refunded payment earns nothing; sign-ups that turn out to be fake, or your own, earn nothing and may end your place in the program.
Payment
By PayPal, in the currency the customer paid in, from €50 past its hold. You're responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask for an invoice before paying.
Changes
We can change or end the program, or the place of an ambassador who breaks these terms, with notice by email. Commissions already past their hold are still paid.
